Who do we collect data from?

We collect personal data from our website visitors, from (potential) candidates, professionals, freelancers, employees of our suppliers, subcontractors, (potential) clients and other interested parties.

When do we process your personal data?

We collect your data from the moment you register via our website or when you register for mediation in another way, for example by sending your CV or another service from Workforce Solution. We can also collect your data if you have placed it on public resources such as LinkedIn or a job board, so that we can approach you if you are interested in mediating through us. In addition, we process your data when you are a contact person of our (potential) business relationship.

Why do we collect personal data?

  • We process personal data that is necessary for our services. We collect personal data:
  • to search for suitable candidates;
  • to mediate between candidates, professionals, freelancers and (potential) clients;
  • to be able to offer services to new clients;
  • to be able to conclude agreements with clients and freelancers with freelancers and to implement those agreements;
  • to be able to provide for personal development where necessary, whether or not through additional training and (additional) training;
  • to support the business operations of Workforce Solution;

What information do we collect

When registering, we record or can record the following information:

name, name and address details, gender, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, availability, CV, training and skills, diplomas, certificates, work history, motivation letter, mobility, (salary) grading, references from previous employers, assessment report, (application) conversation notes and progress reporting of applications / mediation.

When entering into an assignment agreement, we process the following data:

company name, Chamber of Commerce extract, bank account number, expiry date of ID proof and document number, VAT number and statement of conduct.

From our (potential) business relations we process:

name, (business) contact details and position.

Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this permission, please contact us at and we will delete this information.

On what legal grounds do we process your data

We process your data because we need it to enter into or execute the agreement with you, because you have given your consent or because we (or a third party) have a legitimate interest (in accordance with the purposes for which we process personal data).

With which parties do we share your data

We can share (your) personal data with our (potential) clients, subcontractors who provide services or carry out assignments on our behalf, suppliers, government agencies and other business relations. And in all other cases where we may be obliged to do so by

How long do we keep your data

We do not store your personal data longer than necessary. Depending on the situation, we use the following retention periods:

  • If you register with us or if we approach you to register with us and you agree, we will keep your personal data for a maximum of 2 years after our last contact.
  • If we consult your personal data via external sources (such as LinkedIn and job boards), we will contact you within a maximum of 30 days if you are interested in our services.
  • If you are a contact person of our business relationship, we will keep your data as long as you work for our business relationship.

After the aforementioned retention period, after withdrawing your consent or following a successful request for deletion of your data, we will delete your personal data from our systems.
